Custom-Built Material Handling Equipment

FSG visits your plant, analyzes your current processes, and then designs the perfect material transport equipment that you need to improve efficiency, increase production, and streamline workflow.

Equipment Installation

FSG installs primary or secondary material transport equipment at your location, allowing workers to continue their jobs, reducing your plant’s overall downtime while saving time and money in the process. FSG handles all millwright, welding, and plumbing needs.

Insulated Metal Paneling (IMP)

Insulated metal panelling will help different parts of your plant maintain their proper temperature. FSG can assist you in separating your plant into different zones with IMP, for example second and first processing zones. FSG installs, removes, and replaces IMP.

Rigging and Hauling

FSG gets any and all equipment properly loaded, rigged, and hauled wherever it needs to go. Safety is our number one priority.

Conveyors

Improve efficiency and productivity in first, second, and third processing with: modular bucket elevators, double belt/double direction, de-boning cone lines, and box conveyors and chutes. Our conveyors can handle heavy loads and high volume.

Mezzanines

FSG evaluates plant layout and builds standard or standalone mezzanines to help your personnel get around your plant quicker and more efficiently. We build mezzanines to any flooring specification.

Plant Labor (OEM)

FSG provides outsourced labor for any operation, allowing your own workers to stay on task and continue hitting your production goals.
